TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order has dispatched, you will receive an e-mail or WhatsApp notification with the shipping details and tracking number.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to show on the tracking website. 

REFUND / 30 DAYS WARRANTY

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email at apleshempire@gmail.com. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as the package will have been dispatched. In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a full refund to the payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.

We offer free returns & replacements for products that are either defective, damaged or faulty.

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and make “Damaged Item” the subject of the message. Make sure you attach a photo of the damaged products, this way we can arrange a refund or a new shipment for you at no extra cost.
